Hey friends, Since now u have decided where to go and when to go....now we come to the starting of actual preparation for iit....to do this first of all decide which stream u are interested in and in which iit u wanna go....and then see the cutoff of that iit in past years.....see the minimum rank requirements(most important) and all u want to know about that iit.....remember the most important is to see the previous years cutoff rank. Many aspirants decide which iit they want to go without seeing the min rank req. which is wrong. Getting a idea of min rank helps u in deciding whether the specified rank is achievable or not.....or what all u need to do to achieve that specified mark.... Since now u have decided which coaching institute to go..... here comes the question WHEN TO GO???? well the answer lies in the fact how much rank are u planning in jee advanced test.... like if u are determined to get into iit bombay with computer science stream and wants rank bellow 500, then u need to join coaching in class 9.....but this coaching should be considered different ....i.e. if u plan to join coaching institute in class 9 then u need to go into a reputed one......many would be thinking that this contradicts my last post.....but it doesn't....see u have to understand that reputed coaching institute have the faculty which pay attention to a student in class 9.....other institutes have the faculty which pay attention in class 11..... this was for who are determined to go to iit bombay and want rank below 500..... now i come to those who want to go to other iit's.... well for them they need to join institute in class 11 and follow that criteria which i told...
